Overview As Manager of Engineering Design Controls, you will work under general direction from the Director of Capital Development and Delivery to establish design standards, specifications, and guidelines to support Community Transit’s capital projects, including both horizontal and vertical construction efforts.  In partnership with the Manager of Project Controls, you will establish, lead, and maintain a comprehensive design control program, ensuring consistent application of design standards and specifications across all projects.  This includes reviewing and approving design plans, specifications, and estimates
