Senior Manager, Digital & Technology – Human Resources and Payroll (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Lead the implementation and management of Workday HCM. Work closely with the Human Resources Center of Expertise partners to deliver integrated HR services and solutions tailored to the client group. Coordinating and executing strategic Human Resources initiatives. Administer system security to ensure users are granted appropriate and approved access. Conduct and/or establish robust reporting, including dashboards, delivered analytics and requested reports. Design and create technical and functional solutions for custom enterprise employee and manager self-service.   40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
