The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business invites applications for an open rank tenure-track faculty position in operations management beginning in autumn 2024. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in operations management, or closely related field. This position has a specific focus on research that addresses racial and social disparities. Research topics such as health outcomes, economic opportunity, environment impacts, justice, safety, mobility, supply chain inequalities, among others are welcome. The holder of this position will join a scholarly community – the newly created Fisher Social Equity Business Research Initiative – that spans all academic units within the college.
