We’re Hiring! We're looking for an experienced data scientist, with at least 4 years of experience within the Financial Industry and wants to start (or continue) managing others while still spending a decent amount of time being hands-on. The ideal candidate wants to spend around 50% of their time on management and 50% being hands-on. If you want to step into management but haven't had any experience yet, thats ok. This role will have 2 or more direct reports within 6 months but not necessarily on the first day depending on your experience. The person in this role will have ownership across a range of data science projects and will be able to give input into the strategy and direction for the team as a whole.
