As a Senior level Civil Project Engineer, you have the opportunity to lead project design, manage projects, cultivate client relationships, and grow as an engineer and department leader.  We are looking for engineers that have a passion for their projects, clients and teams, who enjoy mentoring younger engineers, and who have the desire to advance their careers.  Responsibilities include:

- Develop design concepts, drawings, engineering calculations, system/site layouts, specifications, and cost estimates. 

- Overall project coordination through completion of construction.

- Collaborate with project teams, schedule and financial goals.

- Attend project meetings, manage your team, help us meet our client's expectations.

Required qualifications:

- 7 years minimum experience in site development.

- Technical expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, storm water management (including low impact development strategies), and storm water pollution prevention plan development.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

- Familiarity with department of transportation standards.

- Strong project management skillset.

- Experience writing fee proposals and monitoring accounts receivable.

- Professional verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a professional and collaborative team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with municipal engineering on roadway and utility improvement projects.

- Registered Professional Engineer.

- LEED Accredited Professional.

- Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control.
