Position Summary: 

The Kiely Family of Companies is looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for leading water resources projects to completion. In this role you will utilize your knowledge and experience to assist and take point on a variety of engineering projects for our Water Resources team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lead infrastructure planning efforts in water resources, including drinking water supply/wastewater projects.
• Manage design tasks and perform engineering assignments.
•  Follow plans to monitor performance and specifications during the construction phase.
•  Assist with submittal reviews, correspondence, change orders and requests for information.
•  Coordinate and assist with technical deliverables, such as plans, specifications, permit applications, and studies.
•  Responsible for coordination and assignment of staff from internal team members to sub-contracting agencies and clients.
•  Maintain relationships and meet regularly with clients throughout project completion.
•  Responsible for forecasting needs of the project.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and/or masters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Wastewater Process Engineering, Water Resources, or similar technical field. 
  
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in water resources design.
• Knowledge in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design including water quality compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCad or Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates successful experience in client service management.
