Little is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a positive, collaborative work style to join our Arlington, VA; Durham, NC or Charlotte, NC office.

Little is made up of architects, interior designers, engineers, land planners, landscape architects, graphic designers, animation specialists, and more who work together throughout the entire duration of a project.
Proven experience should include most of the following project types: financial services, office, interior renovation, civic, education, high tech, mission critical/data centers, and healthcare.
Using your passion for innovative design, problem-solving, and critical thinking
Generating and evaluating design options from the earliest stages of a project
Creating strong relationships
Performing project work in all phases of design and permitting
Performing construction administration tasks
Candidates will have most of the following Qualifications:
Registered Electrical Engineer, willingness to add states (NCEES record a plus)
Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in power distribution, fire alarm, lighting, and controls systems
Proficiency with Revit
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of building, energy, and electrical codes to generate construction documents
Proven CA experience, including successful field engineering to resolve conflicts and issues
Ability to perform assessments of existing buildings
Lighting Design/photometrics experience and Lighting Certified a plus
Low Voltage / Technology experience a plus
Experience with LEED Certified Projects and passion for Sustainability (LEED Accredited a plus)
