The position requires a strong background in water resources engineering, solid project management, and proven leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and solidify business relationships with both public and private clients
Communicate with various municipality, utility, subcontractors, and government regulating agencies
Oversee the development of technical submittals including letters, technical reports, figures, and tables
Supervise and develop professional staff
Organized with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
Possess effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and spot issues in complex technical, scientific, abstract information, designs, and diagrams
Energetic, detail-oriented team player
Lifting up to (35) pounds unassisted
Sitting for extended periods of time
Possesses acceptable vision (with or without corrective lenses) to be able to see and navigate a computer screen
Ability to go out into the field and construction sites

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related water resources discipline
15 + years of experience in water resources at least 8 years of leadership experience
Energetic and innovative leader with the ability and desire to mentor
A Florida Professional Engineer license required
D.WRE certification a plus
Site civil and water resources design experience
Strong expertise of local and state agencies and regulations
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
