The Quality & Compliance Admin will support both the Quality Systems (QS) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) groups to maintain and improve our existing Quality Management System (IATF 16949) and EHS system (ISO 14001) by performing administrative tasks as assigned.
Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures.
Exercises considerable judgment in preparing documentation, presentations, correspondence, and reports.
Support QS and EHS groups by maintaining and improving document control in compliance with ISO/IATF requirements.
Support QS and EHS groups by compiling data for monthly reports and preparing reports/spreadsheets
Ensure that all activities are completed in compliance with lean, ethical and regulatory requirements including ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001.
Assist Quality Engineers with Corrective Action/Preventive Actions (CAPA) documentation, Nonconformance (NMR), and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and work with cross-functional areas to ensure compliance and on time closures.
Support Quality Engineers with the customer complaint handling process, ensure customer notifications are issued per procedure and that complaints are managed through to closure. Supports the corrective action process and assists with reports on customer complaints
Support customer and third part audits through preparing of documentation and audit readiness for the site.
Support supplier quality by assisting Quality Engineers with supplier questionnaires, maintaining vendor files, conducting supplier audits, and fulfilling customer requests and product inquires.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensures, and Certifications)
Associates or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced administrative skills
Have the knowledge and ability to apply basic scientific and regulatory principles to improve quality and EHS systems
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical writing and investigative root cause analysis skills.
Must be efficient, reliable, self-motivated & able to work independently.
Effectively organizes & prioritizes work and manages his/her time.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
ETQ or SAP experience.
Experience with electronic quality management systems for tracking training, document management, and Deviation/CAPA
Exposure in six sigma / continuous improvement methodologies
IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and/or ISO 14001 experience
ASQ CQIA or CQPA Certification desired
ISO or IATF auditing experience desired
Experience with PPAP/APQP beneficial
Manufacturing / Automotive experience
Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel
Regularly travels on foot about the plant to carry out Quality and EHS duties.
Off-Site travel to North American Manufacturing sites – less than 10%.
