Required Education:
4 Year Degree

Entry level engineering position responsible for design drafting, basic engineering design functions, quantities estimates, and other engineering support functions. Reports to a Registered Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer.

 

Experience in civil design including grading and drainage, water and sewer systems, subdivision design is desirable. Experience with Autocad Civil 3D would be an advantage.  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and scheduling software is desired.

 

Previous knowledge, or willingness to learn the following skills are desired:

  • Grading and drainage
  • Water and sewer systems
  • Subdivision design
  • Land development
  • Hydrology/hydraulic analyses and design

  • Requires a B.S. in Civil, General or Environmental Engineering
  • If necessary, willing to relocate to the Central Coast of California (San Luis Obispo County)
