Responsibilities

•  Ensure delivered products and services adhere to company and industry data security, workmanship and quality standards
• Develop inspection, test, and audit methods to measure and continuously improve process, product, and outgoing quality performance
• Manage quality auditor training, assignments, and performance management
• Lead root cause analysis and closed-loop corrective actions to resolve in-process and customer problem issues
• Manage warehouse technician development and training certification program
• Maintain site ESD-compliance through ongoing training and monitoring
• Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity while maintaining quality and reliability standards
• Develop, report and manage operational and quality performance metrics; including but not limited to process throughput efficiency, test yields, inspection and audit yields, and problem Pareto analysis
• Support the Compliance Team with site certifications for quality, safety, security, and environmental management systems [ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Responsible Recycling (R2)]
