Who you are and the experience you will bring:

• BS., Engineering degree is required, preferably in mechanical, plastics, or aerospace engineering. A record of strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 10 years' combined experience in the development of engineered systems, products, and in developing injection molding products and processes.
• Minimum 3 years' of project management experience-- planning, organizing and managing indirect teams to bring about the successful completion of specific goals and objectives.
• A leader of project teams with well-developed, innovative hands-on project management skills and a broad technology understanding.
• Experience with process development and tooling construction for high temperature resins.
• Experience working with internal and external partners for prototype and production mold builds and assistance in vetting out suppliers.
• Experience in multiple manufacturing technologies (such as injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, stamping, forging) highly desired.
• Experience in GD&T, CAD, FEA, xFMEA, and MSProject

• Master of Science
• Master Molder, or Scientific Molding Training/Implementation
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Moldflow/Injection Molding Simulation software (Moldex3D, Sigmasoft)
• PMP
