1. Possession of analytical abilities sufficient to reliably and accurately evaluate candidate submitted documents against established requirements for levels I and II certification.
2. Ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with customers and all other stakeholders in a variety of situations.

3. Excellent command and professional application of the English language and basic applicable industrial idioms in verbal and written forms of communications.

4. Organizational skills to accurately and efficiently process customers’ files and communicate clearly and professionally to them any deficiencies noted and the processes to follow to in their resolution.
5. Production oriented approach to independent and collaborative assignments expertly and tactfully employing goal setting, time management, status tracking, and teambuilding skills to attain organizational objectives in a professional and timely manner.
6. Capably handle routine concurrent processes and projects to meet established deadlines.

7. Competently employ key elements of Microsoft Office Suite in the performance of applicable responsibilities.

JOB PROCESSES

Demonstrating competencies previously provided and employing applicable established Standard Operating Procedures to:

1. Consistently and precisely analyze and evaluate Level I and II certification candidates’ work experience documents and credentials against established certification criteria, NICET Policies, Code of Ethics and internal guidelines, and recognize when to defer to senior staff members for direction in resolving complicated certification matters.

2. Work independently and with team members and comply with established work plans, production targets and goals.
3. Professionally assist customers in the resolution of work experience evaluation matters.

4. Routinely and competently satisfy customer needs regarding various certification status queries and issues using electronic and telephonic mediums.
5. Maintain appropriate records of customer interactions, queries, and candidate documentation and certification activities.
6. Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate activity/productivity reports as required.
7. Assist with the development of new and maintenance of existing evaluation services department processes, forms, and procedures.
8. Promote NICET’s image and programs through the effective provision of superior customer service.
9. Assist other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
