NSF International is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to support our International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR) business unit. NSF-ISR is a leading global certification body, known for its superior technical expertise and customer satisfaction. Through the highest level of integrity, the NSF-ISR mark is recognized as the gold standard of the certification industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will partner with the Global Director of Marketing to implement, develop and manage strategic marketing plans and budgets for NSF-ISR. Use your expertise to provide support and guidance on the corporate marketing budget, partner with leaders in from other business units to identify co-marketing opportunities and develop, implement and analyze tracking mechanisms to determine effectiveness of ROI and marketing campaigns.
Other responsibilities may include:
Partner with internal marketing teams, business units, Business Development Managers and work independently to develop business-to-business collateral, advertising, website, co-marketing initiatives and sales materials for NSF-ISR. Creating and update brochures, NSF-ISR website material, acquiring social media presence and conducting market, industry and competitive research analysis to drive customer-focused plans.
Excellent communication across all NSF locations to ensure marketing outreach presents a comprehensive and global portfolio of NSF products and services.
Support a positive team environment by mentoring and developing team members. Establish priorities and goals and encourage teamwork by participating in company meetings as requested.
Support management of legal trademarks for NSF-ISR by interfacing with NSF legal counsel to ensure proper trademark protection and communication of requirements with marketing and communications team members. Establish and implement an approved process for the design, usage and registration of new marks.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Five (5) to seven (7) years work related experience in marketing, communications or advertising.
Marketing or business development experience in the Quality Management industry with particular emphasis on Automotive or Aerospace industries.
Preferred experience in business to business marketing of products and services in an advertising/PR and/or corporate environment.
Excellent attention to details with the ability to write and execute the visual layout of trade advertising, collateral materials and websites.
Leadership skills to direct and execute projects with high level or autonomy.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of business with NSF global business units.
Flexibility to perform work both in an office environment or travel to client locations, trade shows or other industry events.
