The Custodial Operations Manager (overnight position) with the City of Philadelphia – Philadelphia International Airport, is now open for applications! The employee in this class directs, through subordinate supervisors, a large number of supervisory staff, semi?skilled and unskilled workers and is responsible for managing human capital, budgeting, resource allocation, requisitioning and stores activities necessary to support a major custodial services operation. Candidates must have completed 2 years of college, with 5 years of building maintenance/environmental services (janitorial) experience, and have 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience directing custodial staff. A valid Driver’s License and City of Philadelphia residence within 6 months of hire are required.
Successful candidates must be able to pass and maintain SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) and AOA (Airfield Operations Area) clearance.
