Intern - Engineering: This is a paid internship with Sarasota County Government's Public Works/Transportation Department collecting roadway conditions and entering them into the Pavement Management program. Successful candidates will earn valuable, hands-on experience working directly with a team of Professional Engineers. 

Job Duties:

• Collect roadway conditions, bridge conditions or bicycle/pedestrian access conditions and enter them into Pavement Management program, Bridge Asset Management program (BAMP) or Bicycle/Pedestrian Access program.
• Assist the coordination of capital projects data collection and update them into Cartegraph or Excel spreadsheets.
• Administrative functions as needed.
